COR REFORMER CLASS STYLES

REFORMER
Our signature reformer class that covers the fundamental principles of Pilates. You can expect a full body work out, with us there to guide you on correct technique and form along the way. The perfect all rounder for all fitness levels.

REFORMER PLUS +
Everything you love from our reformer class with a little more spice. There will be more progressions, less transition times and that extra push to take your Pilates to a whole new level.

GOLDEN OLDIES
For our clients golden clients over the age of 55. This class is designed to build strength, balance and coordination. You will be guided through functional movements with support from our instructors to optimize your strength and confidence on the reformer.

STRETCH AND FLOW
Some times all you need is a little TLC and that is exactly what our stretch and flow class delivers. Using the reformer to get you stretching and lengthening your muscles again. With slow movements and gentle holds its the perfect class to balance out a stressful day or big workout session.

HOT MAT PILATES
Mat Pilates but make it SWEATY!
With the room heated to a hot 34-36 degrees this Pilates class incorporates the fundamental principles with a little extra spice! Designed to build strength, enhance flexibility and help you sweat out the toxins you can be sure you are going to leave class feeling on top of the world.
*Not suitable during pregnancy.

INFRARED MAT PILATES
Mat Pilates with the added benefits of infrared. Set to a gentle heat of 24-28 degrees our infrared class focuses on core strength, mobility and breath. With plenty of options offered this class is suitable for everyone.

STRENGTH
Strong. Supportive. Social.
The class to come and lift (sort of) heavy stuff. Using dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands and mobility drills- all designed to build strength, boost endurance and improve movement patterns.

BREATH, MEDITATION & SOUND
A gentle, yet powerful class designed to help you slow down and reconnect with yourself.
Guided breathwork, calming meditation and a restorative healing sound to close.
No experience needed - simply come as you are.

YIN YOGA
Yin Yoga is a slow and grounding practice that invites you to pause, soften and turn inwards. Postures are held for longer periods, gently targeting the deeper connective tissues, fascia and joints while encouraging stillness in the mind.
Expect a calm, mediative experience that supports nervous system regulation and helps release stress and tension from the body.
